Groupama Asset Management announces the appointment of Antoine de Salins as Chief Investment Officer
Antoine de Salins is appointed as Chief Investment Officer of Groupama AM, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Executive Committee. He will take up his new responsibilities as of February 7th 2011.
Antoine de Salins has been since 2003 the Executive Director of the French Pension Reserve Fund and Chairman of its Managers Selection Committee.
Antoine de Salins, 51, is a graduate from the Paris Institute for Political Studies (IEP) and of the ENA (National School of Administration) (1984-1986) and has previously held senior positions in various departments of the French Treasury from 1986 to 2002 (privatizations, Capital Markets, Monetary Affairs and Management of Public Debt, Financial Counselor at the French Permanent Representation to the European Union).
Furthermore, Antoine de Salins is a member of the Commission of Collective Asset Management at the AMF (the French Financial Market Regulation Authority), a Board member of the UN’s Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and participates into the Investment Committee of the Endowment Fund of the Louvre Museum.
